NFL Avg. Attendance Drops To Lowest Point Since ’04

In other words, attendance is dropping off nationally with the exception of the Dallas Cowboys.

The future of "Bread & Circuses" doesn't bode well among Millennials and Gen Z.

I suppose all of these expensive stadiums can eventually be re-purposed?

I think there will be a lot of tourists and celebrities that will attend the Raiders games just for the hell of it, especially so close to the strip. It is very similar to how in NYC, tourists and celebrities fill the stadium at MSG, as well as Barclays center in Brooklyn.

Also, since Football is so little games in a small part of the year, they should host concerts and other venues there when there are no scheduled games and during the off-season.

Yes indeed. Moreover, with the plethora of public restrooms, "What Happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas."

I'm sure that they will figure out ways to make money off the stadium when it isn't being used by the Raiders or UNLV.

Uhh, no, not gonna happen. The NFL is by far the most popular sport and they’ll have no issues with the stadiums. The league is clearly not going anywhere, it’s America’s favorite sport and that ain’t changing.

The Millennials are the big game changers. Not inclined to gamble, go to baseball or football games or play golf. It may or may not be a challenge to keep that white elephant afloat over the years with events that will pull in this game-changing crowd.
