Aren't you the world's unluckiest driver? They probably dropped you to avoid bankruptcy.

I switched over to Liberty Mutual 2 years ago because of a $500/yr savings. After the first year they raised my rates back up. During the second year, I had a comprehensive claim when my wife's car was hit by a runaway shopping cart that broke out the tail light lens. They initially called it a collision and I had to jump through a few hoops to get it reclassified properly. I dropped them when found out I was eligible for USAA.

Sorry Flo, you're getting dumped. I bought a Auto policy from Geico for $400.00 for six months. I got a few months until Home Owners policy is up but will probably go with Farmers that was much cheaper that Progressive (or anyone else) for similar coverage.

I’ve looked all over and can’t find anyone that’ll beat our rates at State Farm.

Farmer's will pull a bait and switch scam on you. Farmer's also beat everyone by a wide margin for me so I switched to them. Then I got a 15% rate increase every 6 months with no tickets, claims or accidents of any kind. I called them, and they always said it is a general rate increase in the area. Once the premium was over Progressive, the 2nd cheapest, I switched. They then kept calling me offering the same premium I got in the beginning, and practically begged me to come back, so I did. Then they had the nerve to do the same thing again, so I called them and told them once the rate reaches the same as Progressive, I am switching and am done with them for good.

I checked with two insurance brokers. If you're not familiar, brokers represent many various companies. I was told two of the least expensive insurance companies out there are Acuity (a new company) and Badger. Would be interested if any one checks, they find this to be correct.
