Absolutely not. Price gouging is what we need.
Supply and demand > dumbass laws.

This is the same deep thinker who believes that it is a violation of the Second Amendment for gun stores to ever be closed.

If the government forces a church to close does that not violate the 1st amendment?

Take a class on the constitution, bud.

so amazon and ebay removed the price gougers in certain categories... so here's the problem.. now the items cannot be sold at all on ebay and very limited on amazon. amazon deliveries are more than 3 weeks out. so what did it do? now you can't get the items you need, even if the price offered was reasonable.

Yup. Price gouging keeps supplies available. Seen it first hand after hurricanes in Florida.

exactly...

even with the price gouging on amazon and ebay, no-one forced the consumer to press "buy now"....

with amazon, they have gotten rid of thousands of sellers that were their competition.... notice that amazon now sells products on amazon themselves

Let the price rise (of anything) and the hoarding will stop.

I personally have. Several. While I tend to agree with you, the wording and punctuation of the 2A does leave some ambiguity.

That's just the facts; whether I agree with that interpretation is, well, open to interpretation.

I'm not sure which part of shall not be infringed is unclear.
