I believe this discussion is about the US. That being said, the virus did not come directly from a bat but through an intermediate animal, most likely a pangolin.

If you catch SARS-CoV-19 in the US you caught it from a person.

We've been over this before. Yes, it's dumb to have 200,000 people standing shoulder to shoulder during a known epidemic and especially where the infected also attended.

Additionally, it's now known that the majority of the Spanish Flu deaths were actually caused by aspirin overdose. The doctors did not know better and kept administering aspirin to patients to reduce fever, thinning their blood and causing them to bleed to death.

Let us see a source for the Aspirin as a cause of the majority of Spanish Flu deaths. It is widely though that the use of too much Aspirin cause some death but I do not see anyone suggesting it was the major factor.
