My question for yall is if you think we can have a fairly normal experience. Id rather not go if we need to wear masks everywhere and talk to people through plexiglas

I keep up with the news every day here. From what I have seen so far, none of the casinos are going to require masks for customers, while all of them will require them for employees. This could change by July, so no guarantees. I don't know about talking through plexiglass, and none of the casinos are open yet, so I do not know if you can have a normal experience. Hope that helps.

I have read the gaming tables will have dealers in plexiglass, there will be a limit of players at each table, and every other gaming machine will be blocked from play so that 2 people will not be seated closely at the machines.

My .02 (adjusted for inflation)

The thought of being seated, elbow to elbow, in a fairly large arena, be it T-Mobile, The Smith Center, or any of the Casino showrooms, and hey- hows about Allegiant Stadium for our LAS VEGAS RAIDERS!!!!!!.

Ahem- I digress- That thought of being in a large audience while the pandemic is still quite present...Not for me.
Now if you were to offer me a climate-controlled Owner's Suite w/ full Bar, then maybe...

Maybe The Scorpions, Garth Brooks, the Golden Knights, and YOUR LAS VEGAS RAIDERS!!!!!! alike should have audiences of cardboard cut-outs while their shows are being streamed live.

OP, I hope you get to safely have the Scorpions rock you like a hurricane in July, but I dunno.....
Best of luck.

I am not worried the slightest. I am not a high risk individual. If I was, I'd be isolated.

I'm happy you're not worried about being high-risk, but maybe the X-thousand other people at that showroom (assuming the show isn't cancelled) ARE high-risk, and the virus could be transmitted by them and/or to them at such an event.
Outbreak city.

The issue is-not if its a PAAARTY! with the Scorpions, or a Wing-Ding with Garth Brooks, or calling the San Jose Sharks for icing against the 'Knights-

The issue is whether its safe now and in the near future (like July, shall we say) to have large crowds gather together shoulder-to-shoulder in the midst of a global pandemic.

Sorry, Man; I'm not trying to harsh your fun- But actually- You should be worried. Just my .02 YMMV-obviously.

(Why do I keep thinking of those kids at the Florida Beaches a while back???)

BTW- I would be DELIGHTED if I'm totally wrong. Really.

The Governor has set June 4th for opening of Las Vegas gaming industry, so the strip should be hopping by July 1st.

If it's anything like Arizona, it'll be hopping on June 4th with lines in front of the
casino waiting to get in!
