Looks like it was Vital Vegas. I tried to find it again but it's been taken down and they made a new post stating Sahara Las Vegas denies rumor it's closing for good later this year.

I moved 11 postings from this thread to the Science Thread as discussion of vaccines and their efficacy belongs in that thread and not a thread about casinos.

Go to the Science thread to discuss vaccine efficacy, this thread is about casinos in Las Vegas. Thank you.

This is not the end of the road. Casinos will be around for many years to come.

If everything they posted was true, it would be a news site and not a rumor site. Some stuff posted is true, lots of it is speculative and some they just get bad info on. I'd say its a lot better info than most of what I read online or see from some of these amateur YouTubers that is just comically bad, but no one should ever take anything unofficially posted on the internet as a certainty.

Alas, it's apparently the end of the road for Buffets @ Caesars Entertainment >> https://www.8newsnow.com/news/local-...es-strip-icon/

Kinda sad, didn't have an opp to do the Buffet Pass (Procrastination = Pro Level, had been *thinking* about it since back in the day = $29.95).

It was great when it started but the price kept inching up and towards the end,
probably of questionable value. I think what annoyed me the most is the upcharges
for Rio and Caesars as well as Planet Hollywood's buffet becoming generic and less
distinctive.

If Caesars was innovative, they could change the business model of buffets. maybe do some special pick up and delivery. have people request what they want to eat online, then pick it up. but I'm no expert in how buffets work. but it's sad to see buffets go. they'll replace it with someone else, I'm sure.

Actually, the one line is misleading. It's clickbait.
Caesars is evaluating but they didn't say they were getting
rid of buffets. That was an opinion of the article's author.
