Halloo!

Long time no speak Have settled in quite nicely since our move here in early 2019, and much thanks to those here that gave advice back in late 2019

Have a question for those who might know. In The Lakes and Section Seven housing developments, I know that the housing is older, like early 90s or so. What do you think of the quality of build of those houses? Durable, and worth the monies spent ... or will they need constant renovation / major fixing? On the average.

Thanks

~C

Ours was built in 1989 by Lewis homes. It seems well built. There is stuff that is dated if that bothers you. We changed the counter tops and changed the color on the kitchen cabinets. Also changed the air conditioning system since it was the original.

I either didn't know, or had forgotten, that Lewis Homes was in the Las Vegas area. I bought a Lewis Home in CA (Hemet) and was pleased with the construction and after-sales service from them.
