I think Cupertino might, especially if you add in the contiguous communities of Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Mountain View, Los Altos and Palo Alto. Last time I checked, Cupertino was the most heavily Asian city in America.

How about SF Chinatown or Vancouver Chintown?

Been to all 3. The NYC Chinatown is still the best, IMO.

But it's debatable when comparing NYC Chinatown to the "new" Chinatown in Rowland Heights area in LA. But then you're comparing the old Cantonese style food vs the new Taiwan/China food.
