I recall back on my first trip to Vegas in 1994 I thought there was a bad attitude,.. had been to Reno, Tahoe many times. Geez, crack your window with the ac on... The meth thing is infinitely worse... always has been. Buy some Phillip Morris stock.. the quarterly checks make the whole thing less obnoxious. People that live in bubbles tend to have poor immune systems. 80 Covid deaths in Thailand... including BKK Metro with a pop of 15 million.. Only thing for certain is it is not because it is clean.

Hanging out in a casino, when Steve Martin calls, singin' anybody there just really want to get small?
I love the freedom and at 60, never thought I would see the day. The song is Manana, by Jimmy Buffet, I just adjusted the words. I agree, lot more things to worry about.

I have not been to Vegas for a few years. I never noticed any pot smell. Some of the hotels are dumps and i agree with whoever said the smell of cheap cigars is worse. Don't a lot of casinos ban cigar smoking at the tables?

Maybe when Covid gets under control I'll take a trip. I love visiting and can get free rooms which is always nice. Plus for me added bonus my mom, brother and sister all live in Vegas area.

Count me in as being a "pothead."

I'm a retired Law Enforcement Officer who died on a Nevada backroad 5 years ago - but was revived.

I was headed back to Salt Lake City from Las Vegas on a Harley motorcycle and was run over by a semi-truck near Ely Nevada. I spent 2 months in a Utah hospital and another 6 months in rehab. Since then, I'm functional but have intense pain which I treat with opiates. Ingesting marijuana helps me get through the day.

We have efficient and effective marijuana stores here in Utah. The stores I've seen in Las Vegas are way expensive. In Utah, I can get a bag of about 20 10mg chewies for $25. I've seen MJ candy bars sell for $110 in Las Vegas.

I think we'll see some of the pot foibles mentioned herein go by the wayside as people get used to living with marijuana. It simply sounds to me like some just aren't responsible right now. Here in Utah? The problems just aren't here to report.

I'm not against the medicinal aspects. Just wonder why people choose to live in a cloud of smoke for everyone else to deal with when edibles are far more potent.

I have no idea what’s going on. Don’t forget to bring a towel.

I stayed at the Four Queens earlier this month and didn't notice pot smell at the hotel. Maybe I got lucky and was on a floor without a bunch of stoners?

Out in Fremont Experience, yes, tons of smokers and a lingering weed smell.

Far worse to me was the stale cigarette/cigar smoke in the casino area.

I’m pretty sure that the valet is outsourced now.
