As far as North LV , I can't think of places where there's much traffic. As mentioned, heavy vehicle volume doesn't equate to traffic.
Craig Road has heavy volume at times and so can MLK, Decatur and 1-15 south approaching the spaghetti bowl (barely NLV) but can't think of much more which is a good thing.
So, NLV can have heavy vehicle volume but no traffic to speak of at least not yet. Given the current rate of new construction I am sure it is bound to change. It wasn't too long ago that the beltway in Henderson did not have that much traffic.

NLV is the third most populous city in NV after Henderson and LV.
