HI

My next-door neighbor put the plywood on the existing wall (concrete block). The existing wall is 5 ft but they put 3 ft additional plywood on the existing wall. Isn't that a violation? I wish I could upload pictures.

I would presume your neighbor will deny it is part of the wall.
will claim it is a wall going with the roof of the building there.

LOL is right. Glad to not be your neighbor!

5/18/21 - My next-door neighbor put the plywood on the existing wall (concrete block). The existing wall is 5 ft but they put 3 ft additional plywood on the existing wall. Isn't that a violation? I wish I could upload pictures.

1/30/21 - There is a basketball hoop on the street for a while. Is it illegal?

6/20/20 - My next door has a swimming pool. They've drained the pool. That means no water in the pool obviously. They've put dirt, sand, and rocks to fill up the pool. Isn't that against the city code?

8/18/17 - My neighbor has a swimming pool. They always get naked in the pool. is it illegal?

I don't have more time to search but FOUR complaints about your neighbor is an absurdly high amount of complaints I would say. You might want to move... to a place with no neighbors. Good luck to you! Hopefully you can find some inner peace and not worry so much about what your neighbor is doing.

If that is what he posts here, just imagine his comments on NextDoor.
Yes, he should move to a large isolated plot of land somewhere with
no neighbors.
