I've been checking out apartments online and stumbled upon this place. I searched this forum before posting and didn't see anything about it. Anyone know about these apartments?

It's at 11000 South Eastern Ave, in Henderson. Of course, I'd like to buy something, but I think I'll hold off on that until I establish some work history and find the area I'd like to live best. Thank you.

That one tends to get panned. The apartment ratings are pretty bad and the recent ones are consistent with that.

Generally we recommend a condo if you can afford it. generally overlaps the apartments. From 900 a month and up the condo works pretty well. No guarantee it will be great by the way...but pretty much a better shot than an apartment.

The list has three general recommedations for apartments.

Wellington Meadows on Forth Apache.

Tivoli in the NW Rainbow and Rancho.

Praesidio in NLV.

There is also some good vibes on the Palladium in Henderson. Commercial area - convenient and nice complex.

i would not want to live across from an elementary school, plus the area is not too convenient and lots of traffic and school zones...
