Steven is good but mostly touristy. He might be interested though.

I think Pompsie would be good. He seems to do some offbeat stuff.

Jacobslifeinvegas is another Youtuber

Norma Geli is a young gal who is popular

I would check with all of them as it would be fun to video it LIVE! I'll watch!

I'm going to guess perfectly fine, everything works, no bugs (they need food).

Would just need to be aired out.

Mold won't be a problem, the house will be extremely dry since it hasn't been lived in. You will need a humidifier.

What type of flooring do you have?

Cool thread, I’m betting there’s a bunch of nothing. Maybe a few dead bugs and some dust but ya gotta do it Scott Yancey style, swing that door open with G19 in the strong hand…..LOL !

I gotta agree that a YouTube vid would be cool when you decide to enter.

Like roaches, they squeeze under tight (to you) spaces. I found them in my shower in No GA mountain home. Buy a bottle of Defender and spray liberally 0-4 inches from the walls in every room. Little ones just nip and the sting goes away in a half hour after you apply a paste of baking soda and vinegar.

Also, Spirit of Ammonia, you can get it at most pharmacies. Older people use it when feeling faint, but it will take the sting away fast from a scorpion or yellow jacket.
I Lived in the Texas Hill Country and we had lots of scorpions.

did you leave it climate controlled.. like the summer inside keep it under 80 degrees?

if not, my prediction is the wood floors are done.
