Hi all--

Trying to solicit interest on whether anyone wants to have a PEACEFUL protest this weekend about this new mask mandate:

https://lasvegassun.com/news/2021/ju...blic-indoor-s/

I'm not looking for commentary if you agree/disagree with this mandate or reasons behind it. Just simply trying to get a feel for whether other folks would be interested in this.

Not sure about details, but thinking sometime in the evening (maybe Saturday night) on The Strip

Thanks

If you want to protest against the unvaccinated, I'd join that protest.
This will continue until everyone vaxes or gets COVID.

I don't get why people are either against getting vaccinated or hesitant. I have multiple health conditions and had no issues with the (Pfizer) vaccine other than being tired for three or four days. I get some people have gotten sick from it, but that's a lot better than getting actual covid or the new variant.

I'll never understand what the big problem with just wearing a mask is.
Just put it on and shut up.
It's people like you that brought us BACK to wearing masks again.
Thanks.

At this point there has been enough conflicting information from the government that everyone has made their choice of what they think is best for them. In the end people will be vaccinated or get COVID and have natural immunity which is better than the vaccine.

Yeah, It's bad enough here in the '80s. When it's in the hundreds out there it must really be fun.

I put up with it inside if a store really insists. But I consider on of the advantages of getting the vaccine is that I don't really have deal with this nonsense anymore.
