Is there any kind of bus service in Pahrump? Low income workers without cars, need that!

When the pandemic hit, a couple years ago, Tucson offered free city bus service, and the free service is still in effect to this day, perhaps it will become permanent. Kansas City went with free city bus service a couple years ago.

I couldn't imagine Las Vegas offering free city bus service during the pandemic. During the last Great Recession, when living there, they did the opposite, they raised bus fares.

I hear what you're saying, but nothing is "free". You're paying for the service through other taxes.

Homes in the better parts of Henderson (Seven Hills, Green Valley Ranch) are getting 35-50k more than what they are asking.

Should be a good time to sell if you have a bad mortgage or adjustable or you need to move.

Move to where? Most places in the US you might want to move to are having the same pricing issues, mostly related to lack of inventory.

Syracuse, NY
Toledo, Ohio
Roanoke, VA
Tulsa, OK

There are tons of opportunities for people that are flexible and understand that these popular cities are not that great, especially when you consider the high cost of living, the high pollution, traffic, and the fact that people living in cities are not as friendly compared to the cities I mentioned above.

I call it "reverse" opportunity because most people think they are upgrading when moving to Vegas, or LA, etc, but in fact, they are going backwards in life. This applies mostly to Southern California, where the quality of life is vastly over rated when you look at the mess of that fascist state.
