Copper Creek is a very nice complex with shopping right next to it...it looks brand-new and very luxurious...

The areas on the Bouders at Lone Mt. and Broadston Montecito are both fine. Montecito will be in the middle of regular construction traffic.
I don't like to respond to these as the only thing that really counts on rentals is how well the place is managed...and you only find that out after you move.
I always recommend condos...they are almost always ineptly managed but you know that going in...
