I am so sick of the coverage I get with Sprint here. In my home my phone goes from full bars to the call dropping to digital roam for absolutely no reason. At some point this year I will fulfill my 2 year requirement and I want to change carriers. Does anyone else have problems with their providers coverage or do you have a phone that never drops calls. We have no land line so this is really important to me.
By the way, where are all of the towers here in town? Thanks.

I switched to T-Mobile from Sprint, and have no problems at all. I was sick of losing calls and paying an arm and a leg for 3 phones. I went to Wirefly.com and got 3 Black Berry phones, just had to pay the shipping, and a $150.00 rebate. Plus my bill is about $100.00 to $200.00 a month cheaper then what Sprint was charging us.

I went from Sprint to Verizon and have not had a dropped call since I made the switch. As far as the towers go, alot of them are disguised as palm trees around the valley.

Most of us has had Sprint and suffered the 2 year contract before moving on. What the others had said about T-Mobile and Verizon is right on although they are no star either.

Sprint has more consumer complaints against them then any other cell provider. My favorite one was every month, bar none, they would add dozens of calls that you never made. And every month you had to call and have them removed.

Yeah, we had Sprint for years. Only one phone for my mother in law, because we had our phones with the company we worked for. We really didn't have problems, just the usual dropped calls. Then when Hubby and I quit our jobs, we added two more phones on our plan. And boy oh boy did that screw everything up. I would have to call every month because the plans were messed up. One month I called and waited about 30 minutes on the line, and finally got someone. I could not understand a word they said. So I asked to speak to a manager, since this was the 5th month I was calling. Waited another 20 minutes to get hung up on. Called back madder then Hell and let them have it, and you know what when I got the next bill, it still was not fixed. The bill was over $400.00 for 3 phones. I called them and said they can take their service and phones and kiss my butt! Funny that was in December and I have to gotten a bill for canceling early.

Our Nephew still has them, and has to go to their store or call every month to get his 2 phones fixed.

We switched to T-Mobile, and I am in heaven. The bill has been right every month, no add on services which we did not order. And the service is a lot better. I may get a dropped call like every month or every other month. Always seem to have full signal.

I've had Verizon since the early 90's when it was called GTE mobile net. It is by far the best, especially if you like to travel by car into the fringe areas between here and CA or UT or AZ.
