I am having a hard time finding much info on RL Homes and, in particular, the Rockwell Lofts at Centennial Springs. Anyone know what these are going to be priced at?

Does anyone here currently live up there? Does it really have a walkable, Main Street vibe or is it weirdly Masterplanned Stepford-ish? Or something else?

Default Village at Centennial Springs

I live down the street from the Village of Centennial Springs, and the Main Street is pretty cool. My wife and I were just there the other night. They showed a movie in the park, and it was totally packed. We tried to have dinner at a pizza place there, but the wait was a mile long, so we just got popcorn and junk food from a candy store a couple doors down.
My wife's best friend works for the company that is developing the commercial part, and she said that RL Homes is no longer building the residential part. The lofts aren't for sale yet and they don't have prices. I don't know when they will release them for sale, but there are only 7. They are also building 22 townhomes or brownstones, but they haven't started sales on those either.
Hope that helps a little...

Thanks! That would explain why I can't find much information yet. Are there currently homes within walking distance of the Main Street? If so, where can I find them?

Default the village of centennial springs

The only homes close enough to walk to are a few years old. You'd have to buy a re-sale. I guess they won't be starting sales on the lofts until close to the end of the year.
If you have more questions e-mail info@rhapsodypartners.com. It goes straight to our friend's e-mail. She's in the marketing department, and she told us last night that she has snapshots of Main Street that she can forward to you so you can see what it looks like if your interested.
Her name is Liz.
Have a nice day.
