Can anyone suggest a nice place to have a wedding and reception in Vegas? It will be for about 50 people. Looking at July or August of next year. Thank You

YOU (http://www.chapelsoflasvegas.com/drivethruweddings.htm - broken link)KNEW THIS RESPONSE (http://www.thelasvegasweddingcompany.com/_our_new_area_51_wedding - broken link)WASCOMING.

For what its worth, I got married HERE

The service was great, it was broadcast on the Internet, everything was perfect.

Everything except the marriage, which lasted a year. O well, what happens in Vegas......

Serious Response? Every Hotel has a chapel, and I think a few McDonalds do too. What ever you can dream up, and can afford, you can do, you can do. If I could get a lady to marry me again, and it was up to me, I'd go for a skydiving, helicopter, or on top of the Stratosphere. But hey, thats me.

If you are a flowers and candles type of girl, then go for the Belligao or the Wynn, Pirates = TI, Cheap and Tacky =Circus Circus, Middle of the road Yuppie= MGM,

Why am I still typing in this thread?

You need to give more info than that if you want an answer. Plain or fancy? Religious or civil? Indoors or out? Things like that. What do YOU have in mind?

I got married at Special Memory Wedding Chapel in Vegas. Looked like a church with stained glass. We had 75 people there and did the reception at the suite we had booked at our hotel. We also did something funny since we were in Vegas Immediately after ceremony we went to a vegas show. Not the expensive ones but just a show so people would get the Vegas feeling.

If you want expensive try the Belagio hotel it is beautiful.

Heck if I had it to do all over again Hawaii on the beach with little cost.

Oh yes 11 years strong.

Is it a good idea to get married around New Years? Or would that be a headache for everyone involved?

I looked at the hotel room prices and they nearly tripled for the days before and after NYE....yikes.

We got married at the Little White Chapel in the Drive-Thru. Was really an experience. We did not really have that many people we wanted there, and did not want to go into debt to start our life. We had been together for 5 years already, and I loved it. It is a really cute chapel, and is painted with clouds and angels in the Drive-Thru.
