I never see older women servers at any of the Station Casinos. I guess only hot young babes ever apply ─ not that I'm complaining. Just pointing out that there is age discrimination and you can see it all over town.

I see plenty of older women servers downtown at Fremont street casino's. I've never seen any "ugly" servers. That's probably because I believe that there are no ugly people. Everyone is beautiful in their own way.

For an older couple who may want to retire in Las Vegas; do your homework, especially when it comes to elder healthcare. Las Vegas has a poor reputation when it comes to quality healthcare and the old saying has said that "when you get sick go McCarran", which means go to California, Arizona or somewhere else. All the wealthy when they need medical care, they go elsewhere.
