Hi everyone.. For those who live in Vegas, has there been any information on the news, papers, etc concerning this casino? Anyone know anyone who was interviewed? My husband interviewed twice for a position and we still haven't heard. We were told by the 13th we would know yes or no- which passed, then in November (who knows??) and then someone said that they have a hiring freeze going on and are only hiring from within their other casino. Just curious if anyone in this has any insight. Thanks..

I know someone who applied as a pitboss. He had two interviews, then a test, then they told him he would either be called for a drug test or he would be sent a rejection letter. He was called for the drug test which he took last Friday. I haven't talked to him since Saturday, but I'll let you know if he's heard anything further!

Thanks for the response. I am curious what happened with your friend. My husband went out twice from NJ for 2 interviews and the test. He was told he did well (they narrowed it down from 6000 people to the 200 that came back for a second interview and were then picking 115 for the position of Team Leader). We would hate that all this $$$$ and mental time spent was for nothing! Thanks again for anything you find out..

Wynn. I know all about patience- but after a few months of back and forth, and then nothing, you do get a little ansy. You just want a yes or no, so you can either continue life as it is here or plan for a big change.

I was talking about Wynn. I know all about patience- but after a few months of back and forth, and then nothing, you do get a little ansy. You just want a yes or no, so you can either continue life as it is here or plan for a big change.
