Geez, can't believe water is cheaper in the Las Vegas desert than here where it flows crystal clear from the high Sierra!

You do not have a water/sewer bill less than $80.00 here and if your teenage daughter takes hour long showers or you are watering your lawn, the meter ups the charges in no time.

I had no idea...

This is the third thing to come up this week that is on my top 20 of things that are far cheaper in Bangkok. Broadband and haircuts were the first two. I pay 2.10 USD per thousand gallons plus a 75 cents bill fee. Trash, sewer, is included in the HOA fee, which is less than one Dollar psf per year, including the high floor premium. Water, sewer, trash over 100 per month is all too common in the States, and some small towns are the worst.

most insane thing to me is the cable bill.. basic at $80ish... . I went back to the air antenna and still received 40 plus stations in Vegas...
