Bellagio, followed by Golden Nugget, but since I can't eat that much none of them are very appealing.

The buffet in Paris is great, they have a lot of things not found on your normal buffet.
I also like the Spice Market at Planet Hollywood and for of strip, Red Rock.

Red Rock. Wynn if I don't feel like driving all the way out there, but it's about the same quality as Red Rock for twice the price.
