Hello, this is my 2nd time in Vegas, I went back in May and the weather was very hot, 98-100 degrees. (shorts, skirts & tank tops is all that we were in).

I am taking my husband the first week of December & would like to know how is the weather there & what type of clothes do we need to pack.

Thank You So Much!

It can be the opposite of what you experienced last time. Most (if not all) outside pools will be closed. The days will probably be quite tolerable (if not downright nice)...but the nights will be quite chilly...you should bring jackets.

We have come out there many times up to and around December 20th for my husband's birthday. It is very chilly at night and usually quite windy. The casinos are usually always decorated nicely and there is a lot going on. I remember one year going to a big tree lighting party at the Rio and just about freezing to death and then later to a boat parade where all the boats on Lake Mead were decorated. Check the paper while out there so you can take advantage of some of the things going on.

Just keep checking the weather channel. Right now it is warm during the daytime, but the ten day forecast says it will cool down next week, and might even rain. Although you can only believe it will rain in the desert if it is actually raining.
