You have to be 25 to rent there even if a parent rents it out for you...


So anything else like these apartments (gated, clean, ON THE STRIP:-), SAFE!, etc)

vegas towers aren't even on the strip...why 25 years old? thats strange, i knew so many UNLV students that stayed there too, but that was at least 5 years ago, maybe it changed...

You ought to talk to the housing discrimination people. Interestingly enough it does not appear to be illegal to discriminate against people on the basis of age in Nevada. However it is illegal to discriminate based on family status...and single is defined by Nevada law as a family. So I don't think they can turn down a 22 yo with a kid...and I don't think they can turn you down.

So go talk to the anti-discrimination people and see. You like to create a little stir. This might be a big one.

I'm pretty scared of making enemies in Vegas...The desert will not be my final destination. I might be a newcomer in Vegas but I know who runs the city and what happens to those who act up...
