Does anyone have any idea of the contingency of obtaining a gaming registration with 2 DUI's convictions, last one on 02/05? I have applied for a Director position in a Casino and they require a gaming registration. To my knowledge this is an acrimonious license and not a gaming work card.

My conviction for the DUI is in Connecticut and resulted in 120 days of prison time and 120 hours of community service with rehabilitation. The case has been closed as of 2006. All constructive feedback is welcomed.

Disclose and shut up. If they want you it will not be a problem.

I have no idea what an "acrimonious license" is...but I suggest you look up what you meant before you use the term again.

When you figure it out you might have a moderator remove this thread.

What I meant to say is the "gaming registration" to my knowledge requires a strict background and investigation to get clearance. The term "acrimonious license" is an adjective to "strictly regulated." I hope this helps to clear up the confusion.
