The point was that if they chose to do wrong, they would get caught and be responsible for their actions. Basically a warning if they made the wrong choice. This being after they already knew the difference between right and wrong, but as kids get older they think they get wiser. I NEVER have condoned bad behavior. You took that the wrong way or maybe it came out wrong on my end. At any rate, I am sure you knew what I meant. Ok, well I am happy that whatever you did teach your children, they made no wrong decisions either. Good on you.

I really KNEW better than to put this online because there would be someone who would judge as a martyr, but I did since there was a conversation about stupid things kids do and quite frankly, don't care what you think. Must be nice to have never made a mistake in your life.
