Have any of you received your 2013/2014 property assessment notices in the mail yet? If so, did yours go up in value significantly? I got "home" to Miami Beach last night and mine had arrived a day or two ago and was surprised to see that the taxable value had risen $60,386 from the previous year. I mentioned in the real estate thread that this is sort of a good news/bad news situation. The good news is that property values are going up again. The bad news is that I will be paying more in taxes next August, lol.
