Seriously though, at least you probably don't have to wait for the machines you want to use. That was one of my biggest problems with my old gym. They just didn't have enough cardio equipment to go around, so I'd stop in after work and end up staying much longer than I wanted to. I also workout at 5:30 am. Kickboxing. I prefer the early classes because it gets it out of the way for the day. I get up at 5, so on work days its really only an hour early.

Coincidentally, I was watching some of that movie earlier this afternoon on TCM.

Good, safe neighborhood where you can walk to the strip.
Green, hippie vibe area.
Places where you can walk everywhere or rely on public transportation (that's do-able, but it would be misery in summer).
Cheap place to live near a good school.
It kind of makes me pine for the old Henderson or Summerlin threads.
