Peeps are those marshmallow chicks they sell at Easter. Not bad.
They are always conjoined quintuplets. Here's a website on the surgery to separate them.

Peeps are ok, but twins (especially if they're nurses) (http://www.thai-blogs.com/index.php/2006/03/24/stories_from_the_thai_press_06?blog=8 - broken link) are better. If this guy didn't smoke or drink before this, he will soon!

Not bigger than his head/ego!

I posted this in my HOA foreclosure thread, but no one has responded yet. I found out from my stepfather yesterday that he got a letter from the company that's handling the foreclosure for the HOA. It said that they're going to start with step two on 6/22, which is my b-day. Some gift, ne? I spoke to someone there, but she wasn't sure of the time frame. The best that she could say is that it'll take 30+ days. Does anyone have any idea how much time I have before I have to move out?

From what I hear, it depends on who holds the mortgage. If he had the mortgage with Countrywide or Bank of America, it probably will be a long time because they are overwhelmed with foreclosures.

I would say that 30+ days is accurate.

The mortgage is under Countrywide, but they're not the ones pushing for the foreclosure. It's the smegging HOA that's pushing for it, and only over $3k! To stop the procedure, I'd need to make a payment arrangement, but since I'm not on the title, I can't do it. My stepdad could, but he doesn't want to. With my sister's help I would. He's got a bad cold, and he's always in a pretty bad mood when he does. I'll call him back in a few days and ask again.

The no0b from AZ sounds like a real hater. Must be a reich wing nut. I just that s/he never finds themselves in a position where they need help. Trust me, it's not fun waiting hours in line, starting at 5am, or earlier. I did that last week, but I was able to get my medical renewed for six months. If I didn't have county medical, I'd need to come up with over $1k per month for my meds and other medical supplies. Am I on food stamps? No, not yet. I have been to a couple of food banks, but I mostly live on peanut butter sandwiches and cold ramen. My friends here know my situation, so this is posted for the benefit of those who need to understand that bad luck can happen to anyone.

How would he benefit from a forclosure?

I have seen you use the phrase "reich wing nut" multiple times when someone says something you disagree with...what is with you?

Can't you defend your position without implying someone is some sort of nazi?
