I finally had an "opportunity" to get inside a room on the 55th floor of the West Tower at Cosmos tonite. Aaaaah! Now that'a my style of accomodations! A nice big balcony, along with a stuffed chair and ottoman. With that, I wouldn't even use the bed inside the room, I'd sleep out on the balcony, with my feet up on the ottoman! Great view of City Center and beyond!

Super nice room as well, and so spacious, and you can close the door to the bedroom area.

I absolutely refuse to stay in these glass-walled hotels with the hermetically sealed windows! It puzzles me how they get people to stay in those places, in the first place!

And, no, with me, it wouldn't have mattered if I were provocatively dressed not as I came near the elevators!

En route to my car on level B2, I was confronted with a woman, questioningly dressed, who claimed her cellphone had just died, and could she use mine?

"Do I look like the kind of person who would even own a cellphone?"

Being my first time there, exiting the garage, facing a one-way road sign, I couldn't figure out how to get back to the Strip, I just followed the arrows and found myself going over I-15 to the west. Very tricky, finding a way to get over to Flamingo!

You want more ferrets? I see some on Animal Foundation's site.

Careful of those people asking to use your cell phone. Some may just take off with them. Because many of them do. What you say is, "Sure, let me dial that for you." Put it on speakerphone and don't let go of it. If they do not agree to it, then they don't get to call anyone. If it is a real emergency, they will go for it.

So is there a day and a time that Costco in Henderson isn't so jam packed that the lines go into the aisles?
