It rolled through my place just a few minutes ago. And yes I have been out in the rain when it pounded. While caught in a literal downpour up at red rock; so much water was coming down I could not see. (It was running down my eyeballs.) We had nothing to dry off with so the car was a temporary disaster zone. We drove to another lookout after the burst had passed and got out. I'm sure the few people there had a few laughs as we were dripping wet when we got out to look.
