DavieJ89, you're putting indiscriminate dots in your sentences. Perhaps you've gone more new wave than you know it!

I hope your job quest at the Cosmo goes well.

Anyone seeing anything like this or anything else they can't easily explain away please post it in here for all ta see.

IMO, hang on to Kmart as long as you can without letting it interfere with your Cosmo job. Try and work the Kmart schedule around the Cosmo right up until you think Kmart will fire you. Then quit. If you do it nice enough, that bridge may not be burned just in case you need it in the future, although I hope you don't. The extra money can only help you.

Davie, I think you should concentrate on the job at the Cosmopolitan and let the Kmart job go. If you run into a problem with conflicting work schedules it's just going to create stress for you.

I would tell your manager at cosmopolitan that you are ready, willing, and able to work 24hrs a day 7 days a week, doing everything and anything he wants...any time. any place. any where. Unless you're 100% sure there will be a conflict, Id ride it out until there is a problem...really no sense in quitting until there is. I'd also save every penny i could in case things slow down later in the year.

Hey LVD, you said something about trying for a security job on the strip. I assume its tough getting your foot in the door, any chance it would be easier to get hired in Reno or an off strip casino and then try to get into one of the big places? Just a thought.
