Actually, that UPP was done back in the 80's. ^_^; I'm sorry that I didn't get down there, Pink. Oh well, there's always next year.

I used to be on Herbalife, back in the day. Besides the shakes, there's also a lot of vitamins that you take as well. I signed up as a distributor, just so that I could get the discount. My friend who signed me up goofed on the paperwork, and wrote his name in the spouse box, instead of the sponsor box. It's a good thing we caught it, before he sent it off. We still joke about it from time to time.

Lot of things going on this weekend at various parks. Heartbreakingly beautiful day out there and I'm still indoors. Went to a small art fair at Boulder City yesterday and "discovered" Bootleg Canyon. Can't believe I've spent most of my life here and never been to Bootleg Canyon before. XYL asked me why it was called that and I guessed right. Bootleggers used to set up stills there during the dam* dam construction. Also "discovered" the Boulder Dam Brew Pub. Must have walked right by it 100 times and never noticed. Goooood beer.

Yep, beautiful day indeed. About to get in the pool with my daughter. She broke her arm this week, so we have to be careful! LOL

None of the pools around here open for atleast 6 weeks.

I can bet almost the same will go for individual pools.

It was 85 in town on my way back from Mt. Charleston today. Took the dog up to hike in the snow.... gotta love LV! Snow + tank top/shorts weather at the same time? Too fabulous!

Day two of the sale didn't go too well. Some fool broke the gates last night in the neighborhood so the programming didn't go through for the gates to open today. Lost lots of money from people that were going to come back and buy things but couldn't get in.
Oh well, the next one is in october. Maybe it won't be so hot either. Sitting inside a garage or in the sun outside felt like it was 90 something.
