NV Energy's "YES" man on the Public Utilities Commission, a friend of NV Energy executives appointed by Sandoval, wasting no time showing his true colors. Not so fast, "YES" man!!!

That one is a little tricky. Sexual orientation is not a protected class in the federal law. You may however run into problems with familial status.

Nevada fair housing law did not extend to gays but that is changing. A new law will go into effect Oct 1 adding them to the protected classes in NV.

Practically I can't imagine where you would steer a gay couple to.

Did you ever catch the episode of Larry King Live when Larry interviewed Art? It was one of the best episodes ever.

I didn't have to do my pre-trip inspection today, but Mr. Morris was kind enough to let me take it home with me over the weekend. I need to type it up, and return it to him. We just drove around the range today, but we're all going out on the road on Monday. If any of you are worried about us, be sure to be indoors (or out of state ) from 10am to 2pm until I get the hang of things.

I just heard on the news that they just had a 6.4 quake in the same area of Japan that they had that big one back in March. No tsunami warnings, and no major damage reports. My prayers go out to all of them.

That would be classic, aqua. And be safe and may your truckdriving be a profitable profession for you, my friend!

Does anyone happen to know where I can find a part time job? I'm available Tuesday thru Fridays from 5pm to 11pm, and all day Saturdays and Sundays. I need to make money to pay rent. God willing I'll be out on the road in 9/2.

I heard Dennys is hiring around the valley. Try McDonalds too. They are always hiring. You get a free meal every day too. Try other fast food joints as well.
