Olecapt was ornery...but was still helpful and a good guy. The LV forum will not be the same without him. He was sometimes tough to argue with...and could be inconsistent at times...but he always held to his guns. He has helped some here immensely and will certainly be missed.

I completely agree, 100%. The state of real estate arguement is small potatoes compared to the wealth of good information and deeds that he has done.
They keep people of way less integrity and knowledge of Las Vegas on this forum.
IMO, he kept threads from getting so blown out of proportion and ridiculous, as they do on the Las Vegas forum. Should have made the mods jobs easier.
