The same can be said for just about every new house from the boom years.
This is the first time I have been a home owner, and it's not all it's cracked up to be in some ways. One of the things I do like about being a home owner, no one can tell me that I can't have cats without a stupid pet rent fee every month and the "rent" never goes up each time the lease runs out. We are our own landlords. Unfortunately, when things go wrong, we get stuck fixing it.

I know I saw a conversation on here not long ago, before OleCapt got the boot, and it was about the re-piping they did all around the valley, and the re-piping was not holding up due to the hard water. They re-piped everyone's home's with plastic pipes! I never thought that was a good idea at all, but they assured us that is the latest thing. I wonder if it's connected to that in some way. Now we have to get a plumber out here that doesn't charge a ton, and find the source of the leak and do it asap!
The guy that cut a hole in the ceiling said he has a friend that would check and do the work cheaper, but he doesn't speak much english. I think I see where this is going....
I told my husband the person should be licensed and bonded from what I heard. And I don't want to get ripped off by someone that *thinks* they know how to fix it. Husband will go for the cheapest route and does not want to call insurance. I say call insurance because it could be from the re-piping even though the company said it isn't them. And the guy they sent out wasn't even a plumber, so how the heck does he know what it is from? So he shone the light up there and took a video, but no one physically went up there and checked for wet spots!

Sounds like this:

I got a good 10 hour sleep last night. I just woke up, and the swelling is way down, pretty much completely gone. The pain is gone. I am going to continue to take the antibiotics, but I am going to save the Vicodin's in case I need them again.

Great. I also recommend a water pik device (start low and build up as your gums can take it.) Don't waste your money on the cordless rechargeable one...there just not enough power behind it, and my dental hygenist even wouldn't recommend it.

But anyway, glad you found him. At least someone got to meet him so far. I hope to still make it down there, but we need to fix this problem first. I am hoping the last 2 months of this year are much better than the previous 10 months. Been a sucky year!!
I found them right where he said he hangs out...at the Golden Gate. He said his wife has a fave machine she has been playing for four years. We went through there a couple times, walked up and down Fremont (stalked a guy we thought was him) then went through GG one more time and there they were!!! It was the accent and the Wranglers that alerted us!

My cats don't destroy things around the house. They are older kitties that mainly sleep, eat, get petted, play. The usual.
They have scratching posts that they use. They have 2 high sided litter boxes. They never scratch furniture(refer to scratching posts above.) They lay on the coffee table, not eat the coffee table. lol You come up with some weird things sometimes.

Make sure you take all the antibiotics as prescribed. Glad you're doing better.

Was it pink?
