I guess it is harp on LVD day again. Don't worry, I can take as I could care less about what you all think of me.
One thing my buddy has been helping me with is my self esteem. I guess it is working as normally I would start attacking you all back, but it just doesn't affect me anymore.

I was starting to wonder what has changed with me today. I went out shopping this morning and did not feel afraid to be out. I can actually walk without being in pain. I feel better, not only physically, but my mood is also lifted. I finally figured it out what it is. I bought these expensive organic food based vitamins on Amazon, and they arrived yesterday. I took them last night and this morning. Wow what a difference. I am going to keep taking these from now on!

I am by no means all better, but I can feel a noticeable difference. The ingredients are listed below. There is no stimulants in them at all. They are much more expensive than synthetic vitamins, but as I can now see they are well worth it.
