Mt. Charleston is on fire, lightning struck fire has started. I can see the top of the mountain burning from my porch this evening.

I have a habit of looking at the worldwide temps in the paper everyday, and, today, I spotted Paris at 101 degrees! They must be having a heatwave over there! Imagine, with all the accompanying humidity, people not used to it, it must be a shock to their bodies! So if this is any comfort........................................... ........

We don't like the heat in England Elle........ we only think we do. I'm in Greece right now, and it's very hot. I'm sat in the bar........ Lots of crazy French people sat out round the pool.

You're right NLVgal, it's a lot safer on Fremont Street......... I'm going to give all the muslim countries a miss from now on. We were thinking about Morocco later this year, but I think it's best to forget it.
I say play it safe for now.
