I don't know about where you live, but where I came from in Ashburn, VA, that was Stepfordville. Everyone in my community tried to have the perfect house, lawn, car, lives, etc. Yuck. I loved my house, hated the area and was glad to get out of that environment.
I know Las Vegas is a long way from Stepfordville...but I was mainly referring to the HOA that governs the neighborhood. They insist on the same for all, all the same. It's a wonder sometimes how little kids find their way home from school when it's all the same. That would freak me out being a kid. lol

The kids are probably chipped, and the porch light comes on when they reach their house.

I start my cab training tomorrow, so no staying up late playing mafia wars for me!

I'm not usually a gamer, but it is fun. I'm almost 30 minutes into my bedtime, but I had some things to set up before sack out time. I'll let you all know how it goes tomorrow.

Thanks! The only complaint I have about Vegas so far is that it's unfortunate I have to spend the last months of the pregnancy in this heat!

I agree, it is noticeably hotter this year than last year. Not fun when you have a car with no ac.

Go to Target and buy one of those personal misting systems. Fill it with water, pump it up and stay cool in your car without a/c. It really does help. I used to have to do that with my old van that didn't have any a/c.

One of our cars had the a/c go out - it happened to the be one we left at the long-term economy lot when we went out of town over the 4th of July weekend, and it first went out the day we got back. We arrived back in town around noon-ish... needless to say, that was a LONG, LONG drive up to 95 & Durango!
