Carnival Cruises was charging passengers $300 for a $5 bottle of cough syrup... now they're asking the govt. for a bailout.

Source? I find it unbelievable but I checked and it does not come up on the net. So a credible source?

As long as someone is really, really, good in bed, someone that can take me to Mars, Venus and Pluto, I don't care what they look like, and once the lights go off in the bedroom, will you even notice? Enjoy! Sex is the greatest joy available to mankind!

I was once involved with someone 50 pounds overweight, and balding, but oh, oh, oh, oh, he could take me out of this planet very, very quickly!

My name is Katie and I am originally from Salt Lake City. I do not want to go back. When the town is up and running, it is a great place to live.

Let's face it, it is a very challenging time right now for everyone. I certainly have not been myself for the last month. Enough of that. I know you are in the process of moving here. I hope everything works out well for you and you enjoy it here. We are always here to help if you have any questions.

Since we could all use some positivity, here is a heart warming story for you all. This is why I love working with children so much. They are just so innocent and full of love. As a warning, have tissues ready.

I would prefer to get by on genuine stories of survival, kindness, etc. during these times rather than outright lies.

Thanks for the welcome!

I do not think we can all just get along with people posting crap like that. That does not help anyone and he/she should absolutely be called out on it for posting BS.

But, yes, I arrived here on March 1 and rented an Airbnb for the month. Got a lease on a 2BR/2BA place near Sahara and Rainbow for six months. I love it here so far

This message is for EA. It looks like the silver lining of the coronavirus is I am getting paid 3 times what I am normally paid and it has brought down car prices a lot. These Lexus's were running $8,000-$10,000 just a month ago, but now I am finding them for $5,000 in mint condition. Unlike my 1993 Geo Prizm, it appears that these have a timing belt which destroys the engine if it breaks. How much would you charge to do the timing and water pump on the car below? Since you know a lot about cars, would you buy this? Thanks

How Ruby Princess became a death trap now being searched by murder detectives

https://www.independent.ie/world-new...-39120171.html

"When Kiri-Lee Ryder (41) complained to the ship's medical team at 1am one day that she had body aches and severe headaches, she was given headache pills and cough medicine, according to her mother, Carlene Brown. She was charged about $300 (€275)."

Here's another interesting anecdote...

Trump Treasury pick made millions after his bank foreclosed on homeowners

https://www.politico.com/story/2016/...mnuchin-232038

"Bank with Steven Mnuchin on the board filed to take a 90-year-old woman's house after a 27-cent payment error."

w00t!

I'm excited about the stimulus checks we're getting this week on Wednesday.

We're rich!

I didn't think I was getting anything but turns out we qualify since it's based on 2018 taxes.
