Ace and Jackie are at their foster home, and are doing well. They have two Cockers to play with, but I know that the miss me. I do, I've never been apart from them more than a day or two. I pray that I'm able to get back on my feet asap, so that we can be reunited.
I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers aqua. This whole situation is so sad.

Adam, try to visit them often, so they know you are not gone. Get back on your feet asap, and soon you will all be reunited.

I totally agree. Now I feel really bad because I will admit it was me who made him foster the two remaining dogs today. I just did not know what to do anymore. The dogs were not "condo" trained and had frequent accidents. It was just too much for me, especially when one of them came into my room to do it. I love to help people out but I could only handle so much as I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Aqualung is doing ok otherwise and I like having him around. There will not be any problems with just him staying with me. I just wished we lived in a house and he could have kept all 3 dogs in his possession. I know he loves those dogs more than life itself so I am very saddened it had to come to this. I think I owe him a beer tonight.

Because pools can become dangerous after dark. Its a bigger risk for companies that own them.

Then you have to worry about people drinking while "swimming" at night. Anyway, there is no money in having tourists swim/lounge/relax all day in/by the pool. Gotta kick them out so they can spend more money elsewhere.

You are talking about the strip right??? If not, go on craigslist, Im sure there is a pool party listed on there somewhere. I have seen it more than once.

Probably not your kind of thing:

Bare presents Heaven Saturdays, an LGBT poolside party launch with DJ duo the Perry Twins and Kat DeLuna. All locals are free until midnight and everyone can enjoy an open bar 10:30-midnight.

Other than that the Palms Pool is is open 11pm-2am. Pretty sure the XS pool is closed saturday night. You are right, not a lot of options for swimming once the sun goes down.

Pommy: Please keep them in your prayers as well. I must be hearing things. I'm sitting here alone in the growing dark, and I'm sure that I heard Queen crying.

Pink: I'll try, but I don't know how often I'll be able to. At the moment I pretty much only have the clothes on my back.

LVD: By your description, the carpets are soaked. Are they? No. I'm very thankful for what you and your roomie have done for me, but it's going to be a long time before I'm able to smile or laugh again.

A beer? I could use something a bit stronger, actually.
