You are always out of town. You don't live here.

LOL! Very true. I guess the more accurate thing would be to say, he was out of the Las Vegas forum. Maybe it has to do with being locked up and all that.

I'm freezing!!! Even after going home for Thanksgiving and braving 5-30 degree weather. I don't think they insulate our homes very good and that has something to do with it. While home the house was nice and toasty and I never was cold inside the house.

I'm liking it, but I'm the kind of guy that goes ice skating in shorts. When I left work last Thursday morning it was 19 degrees! Now if we could just get some precipitation so it would snow.

DavieJ89, my wife bought one of those 3-in-1 Bissell vacuums the day after you did. How ya liking yours? I'd say it's performance was good but not great. It works for us, we only have carpeting in our bedroom in this little 1Bed, 1 bath Elko rental home, anyway. $8 beats what we had before!

Does anyone have an update on how Aqua is doing?

Doesn't that really frost you what some vandels did at Red Rock? I heard on the news tonight they have leads and have collected $2400 towards the remediation costs.

Also, I must have done something politically incorrect because I posted a question as to good suggestions for where local adults could go on New Years Eve and have a nice meal, atmosphere, entertainment and dancing. I searched before I posted and no one had previously asked this question as they were all tourists or young people looking for a hot time. I'm too new in the city to know the good places and I was put in charge of planning the evening for a group of maybe 10-40 people aged 50-65. The only valid suggestion we have out on the table at this point is Ferrera's. I checked online and it might be too pricey for some and didn't seem to offer entertainment.

For you dog lovers, I kenneled my dogs for 4 days while I returned to Ohio for Thanksgiving. I was not that impressed with the facility and my dogs were less so. They came out of there acting like wild lions and now that they have been home 2 whole days now, the high maintainence one is just beginning to make eye contact with me again and have anything to do with me. What a pouter......
