Is there anything bad about The Pueblo community specifically in the Nestled Meadows street area. I have an offer in on a short sale in Desert Shores (Raquet Club) that is dragging on for weeks. I'm considering putting an offer on another short in The Pueblo but I have no idea what the neighborhood is like. Thank you in advance.

Default Summerlin

Summerlin is very nice, a little more upscale than Desert Shores. Good luck with short sales, roughly 10% of them ever close.

You got to get your agent doing a better job. I will do it again for you but this is only because you are on my home turf.

The tracts against Vegas Drive are Summerlin but the lower end. It varies somewhat by block. I prefer the otherside or the other end of the Pueblo but they cost more...a lot more at the west end.

Neighborhood wise I think much the same as the racquet club. It is still the Buffalo/Lake Mead complex.

Of the two I would prefer the Racquet Club. But not by any huge amount. It is just that central part of Desert Shores is neat...while Nestled Meadows is just another lower end of Summerlin Tract. (Don't read that wrong...lower end of Summerlin tracts can be very nice)
