It is in a commercial sub...not in either South Shores or Summerlin.

But the McDonald's and the Gas Station are in South Shores. And the round area at the corner with the sign is in Summerlin.

Confused yet?

I think the street you were taken to was Eastern. There is no Easter street. That's more east side, not north las vegas. Lots of security bars on the windows there. Some real estate agents will take you to the worst places first and work up to the good ones. Sometimes they do the opposite, go to the best first then work their way down. They should just show all good ones and forget the bad ones.

Millie ... Regardless of what 1 realtor calls it or another proclaims, truth is even realtors get confused on border properties.

Its a great area. It will rent for your suggested amount or more.

The best advice you have been given is to DM olecapt as he seems to live, play and work in that area. He has answered many many questions about your specific situation. Give him a shot at explaining the details.

This will work for you. Welcome and Good Luck.[/quote]

Thank you! your advice is greatly appreciated!.

Here is the listing on realtor.com 8221 Aqua Spray Av, Las Vegas, NV, 89128 - MLS ID#866151 - Single Family Home real estate - REALTOR.com® (http://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/8221-Aqua-Spray-Av_Las-Vegas_NV_89128_1103378837 - broken link). NO MENTION OF DESERT SHORES.

BTW, that house sold in 2000 for 209K. In 11-2003, it was resold for 323,000. Now it's Deutchebank's.
Yes, we already established that.
