The kid is technically correct but tends to be an urban romantic. . You can find some nice homes between Craig and Alexander. However how close to the action do you want to be?

Unless you have personal knowledge or access to someone with detailed personal knowledge I would not go south of Craig anywhere near MLK.

Nobody gets shot in your neighborhood...you only hear the shots or get hit going or coming.

Now understand...I am working very hard to find a young couple a house north of Charleston and east of Bonanza. That is a much harder neighborhood than the one we are discussing. And my couple will do well there. But they understand that environment well and know how to deal with it. It is not a place where the latest arrival from NJ or MA should live.

I like the location just south and west of the 215 on your map. You have the benefits of Silverado Ranch without living in the heart of it. In addition, living close to the 215 is nice in terms of a commute. I would honestly stear clear of every other spot on your map including the homes in the far south end along St. Rose Parkway.
