Six girls in their twenties can sow devastation in many local bars in a few hours anywhere.
If you don't mind the risk of a spending a little money start off in the district. But there are twenty or thirty different bars in GV and another 20 or 30 bars in Siliverado that would welcome your presence. Hell you could bar hop along Eastern without driving.

Not in Green Valley/Henderson, but not far away (10 minutes or so)- Blue Martini in Town Square Plaza (I-215 and S. LV Blvd.).

Also, don't be afraid to hit the nightlife on the strip - many have nights where women can enter and/or drink for free.
