Theres been some activity happening as of late. I woke up last friday night at 10pm. The neighbors had the music so loud I could hear it through my ear plugs. So after I got dressed for work I called Henderson Pd. I left the house around 10:20pm. My wife called me at 10:30pm and told me Henderson Pd had shown up. The music was so loud that the idiots didnt answer the door. So the cops just walked into the house because door was wide open. SO they brought all the kids and the one adult down into driveway and they were talking to them. After that Henderson Pd just leaves! They didnt do anything. So my wifes really scared because Im at work and shes home alone with our two kids. So my wife cant sleep because shes scared. She looks out the window and the idiots are trying to get into our suv. So she calles Henderson pd again. There back out which im amazed at that fact alone. Ive called Henderson Pd three previous times and they've never showed up. SO this time the idiots try running to the community park. From what my wife tells me the cops were using there flashlights to find something. They might have dropped something while running. I really think the cops know there tweekers and are hoping they'll find some drugs to bust them. So they take the kids back to the house and start going through there car. Then they pat everyone down. They have my wife come out tot look at the suv to see if theres any damage. No damage but they did spit on it in a few places. Well the cops say they cant arrest anyone because theres no permanent damage to the suv. The cops leave again. SO now my wifes really scared, she didnt sleep all night then she had to work 10 hours the next day.
So I come home that morning and its quiet till about 1pm. The idiots have there music blasting as loud as they can. I can hear it in my upstairs no matter where I am I can hear it. So Im downstairs with my kids. So my wife gets home at 5 and we have dinner. I fell asleep around 6:30pm. I woke up at 8:30pm saturday night. My wife tells me the neighbors called Henderson Pd. They had alot more people over at the house this time. Henderson Pd found some of the kids at the park. They were out with the flashlights looking on the ground again. I was just suprised the other neighbors have called. I really didnt think we had any neighbors! But the cops probably didnt do anything but scare the kids. So its sunday morning and Im just chilling with my kids. Im going to our hoa office tommorrow to ***** in person. One good bit of news I did find the actual property owners address and I plan on sending them a letter about whats going on here. These idiots have held this neighborhood hostage. I cant even take my kids to our park anymore. Im paying hoa dues and I keep getting the same bs from the community manager. But Im hoping things will change especially now the other neighbors r complaining. Ill keep you posted.

If you have the homeowner's address...I would have a lawyer draft a letter outlining exactly what is happening and what WILL happen if they don't rectify it ASAP. You have a nice paper trail now as it is. Make sure and get copies of the police reports as well.

Well you wont believe this. I have two air conditioning units in my backyard which is right next to the brick wall that separates the two properties. They stole a fuse out of one of my airconditioning boxes. Now I dont have air downstairs. it pisses me off because my son has a fever and i cant cool the house off. i called henderson pd and filed a report. they'll be out here later today. i hope they do something to these creeps.

For her own protection, while you're not there, I would get one and make sure she learns how to use it, if need be. Kids on drugs (especially en masse) can do some very violent things.
