Not sure yet. Most likely Palace Station. We are flying in but my brother is driving in so he will have a car. What Station casino would be most convenient from the strip?

Palace Station is closest to the Strip, and Boulder Station is closest to the airport, but I wouldn't recommend it for non locals after dark. Too many hood rats off property, and they might even go on property that night.

I saw a rumor in the LVRJ today that there will be a fireworks display in the vicinity of Caesars Palace on the 4th. We watched one year from the lounge at The Range. The fireworks were awesome.

I'll be seeing the fireworks from Aliante station or I could just walk up to Aviary way and see them at a short distance. Nothing in the way up there.
Plus the 3rd is the North Las Vegas Jubilee(not jamboree, although they're all the same to me) at Seastrand park, with free fireworks. The more fireworks the better I always say.

Isn't Green Valley Ranch (also a Stations casino) a lot closer to the airport than Boulder Station?

Green Valley ranch is a good location, and closer to the airport. Boulder is too, but Green valley is closest if you want to get technical.

Default Independence Day Jubilee in City of N LV

I just got a flyer for an event near the Aliante area of North Las Vegas (like the 215 Beltway & Aliante Pkwy). The City of North Las Vegas is sponsoring a fireworks event at Seastrand Park (6330 Camino Eldorado) on Thursday July 2 from 6:30 - 9:30pm. This year's celebration is the 10th anniversary...so they'll probably do it up big. Free fireworks, food (probably not free food), live performances. www.cityofnorthlasvegas.com is the link.
