I am moving to Las Vegas in the Sept/Oct range and looking at renting a house via craigslist. I was wondering if there is a website or something I can do to make sure the house that I will be renting is not near foreclosure and that sort of thing? I just don't want to move again right after I move already. Thanks

I'd try ZipRealty, as it's free (RealtyTrack charges a monthly fee).

Sure you do. If you are the renter. The bad news is that it is hard to get an RE agent to deal with it. I do a few on either side for friends or clients. But I don't do them otherwise. Even here I will give almost anybody listings...but I will show only to regulars and not all of them. And nobody hurts my feelings if I don't get their rental business.

The guy is looking for rentalforeclsure.com or similar.
